The Authors’ Club Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is for The Authors’ Club (“Program”) and is between Pithy Wordsmithery LLC and myself (Affiliate) in consideration of the mutual benefits provided herein.

I represent that I have the right, capacity, and authority to enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) and that my participation, performance and the rights I have granted in the Agreement will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity.

I represent that I have provided accurate and truthful information to become an Affiliate with the Program.

As an Affiliate for the Program, I agree to make diligent efforts to market the Program to my existing audiences through my personal affiliate link that will be available to me through the Kajabi affiliate portal through Pithy Wordsmithery LLC. 

I acknowledge and agree that I will not engage in any behavior that may be considered “spamming,” or unauthorized emailing.

I acknowledge and agree that I will not commit any illegal activity or behavior as an affiliate of the Program.

I acknowledge that as an affiliate with the Program, I shall receive a commission on any referral that purchases the Program through my personal affiliate link.I acknowledge that in order to receive this commission, I must use my personal affiliate link that has been provided to me to market the Program and I will only be paid commissions on conversions that show up in my affiliate portal. 

I understand that I shall not be paid an affiliate commission on my own purchase of the program. 

I acknowledge that the affiliate payments based on commission will be received automatically to my bank account, only if my PayPal email has been included on my account. I understand that if an affiliate chooses a payment plan option to pay for the Program that I will be paid out my commission in installments as the affiliate pays for the Program. If a member stops paying for any reason or receives a refund I understand that I will not receive any more payments from that point on. 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pithy Wordsmithery LLC from and against all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection with any provision of this Agreement. I expressly release Pithy Wordsmithery LLC from any and all claims arising out of the use of my affiliate link. I hereby certify that I have read and ACCEPT the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof, and intending to be legally bound, hereunto give my acknowledgment of this.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT. I agree and accept that I will not engage in any conduct or communications with a third party, public or private, designed to disparage Pithy Wordsmithery or the Program. Neither I nor any of my associates or employees will directly or indirectly, in any capacity or manner, make, express, transmit, speak, write, verbalize or otherwise communicate in any way (or cause, further, assist, solicit, encourage, support or participate in any of the foregoing), any remark, comment, message, information, declaration, communication or other statements of any kind, whether verbal, in writing, electronically transferred or otherwise, that might reasonably be construed to be derogatory or critical of, or negative toward Pithy Wordsmithery or the Program.
